2. Services
2.1 Description of Services
Perfect Place PMU provides a variety of permanent makeup services, including eyebrow tattoos, eyeliner enhancements, and lip blush treatments. Detailed descriptions of our services will be outlined in the Service Agreement or proposal provided to you.
2.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you accordingly.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 Information Provision
Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services. This includes providing access to any relevant accounts, data, or resources.
3.2 Feedback and Cooperation
Clients agree to provide timely feedback and approvals to facilitate the execution of our services. Delays in providing feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.
3.3 Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials and content provided comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.
4. Fees, Payment & Chargebacks
4.1 Pricing
Fees for our services are detailed in the Service Agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify these fees with a 7-day prior notice, which applies to both increases and decreases in pricing.
4.2 Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued as per the payment schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Payments are due within 3 days of the invoice date. We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments will incur a penalty after 3 days past the invoice due date, and services may be suspended until payment is received.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds will not be provided unless required by law.
4.5 Chargebacks
- 4.5.1 Chargeback Policy: If a chargeback is initiated, the client will be responsible for the disputed amount and any associated fees.
- 4.5.2 Resolution Process: Clients must contact Perfect Place PMU to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback.
- 4.5.3 Chargeback Fee: A 10% fee will be charged for chargebacks to cover administrative and processing costs.
- 4.5.4 Restoration of Services: Services may be suspended until chargebacks and associated fees are resolved.
- 4.5.5 Legal Action: Perfect Place PMU reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover amounts from chargebacks.
- 4.5.6 Account Suspension: Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension or higher payments, and clients may be required to pay through alternative methods.
- 4.5.7 Notification: Clients will be notified of any fees or actions due to chargebacks.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing or receiving services, such as business strategies or client data.
5.2 Disclosure Exceptions
Confidential information may be disclosed as required by law, legal process, or with prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed, Perfect Place PMU retains ownership of all work products, including designs, strategies, and content produced during our services.
6.2 Client Materials
Clients grant Perfect Place PMU a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce their materials for service delivery.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 Term
These Terms are effective upon acceptance and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
7.2 Termination for Convenience
Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for paying for services rendered up until the termination date.
7.3 Termination for Cause
Perfect Place PMU may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in illegal activities.
7.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all services will cease, and a final invoice will be issued for any outstanding fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Exclusions
Perfect Place PMU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
8.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services in question during the preceding period.
9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Place PMU harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our services, including issues related to your provided materials.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Perfect Place PMU operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.3 Waiver of Jury Trial
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial in any legal action related to these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
