Terms & Conditions

Perfect Place PMU is an operating brand of Iridescent, LLC. By booking or using our permanent makeup services (“PMU Services”) or interacting with us via our online platforms (including website or client portal), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from booking or using our services.


  1. Introduction

    1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to these terms when you:

Book or receive services from Perfect Place PMU (Iridescent, LLC)

Use our website or client portal

Interact with our staff—online or in-studio

  1. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates are posted on our website and communicated via email or SMS. Using our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 


  1. Services

    1. Description

Perfect Place PMU (Iridescent, LLC) offers professional permanent makeup services, including brows, eyeliner, lip blush, and refinements. Service details are available via online booking, intake forms, or in-person consultations.

  1. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when feasible.

 


  1. Client Obligations

    1. Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete personal, contact, and payment info—this includes email and phone numbers used for notifications and reminders.

 

  1. SMS & Email Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations, reminders)

  • Promotional messages (e.g., loyalty updates, special offers)—only if you expressly opted in

Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency is limited to 4–6 per month. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP (SMS) or clicking “unsubscribe” (email). Consent for SMS is not a condition for service; all opt-ins are securely logged with timestamps for compliance.

 


  1. Fees, Payments & Chargebacks

    1. Pricing

Service prices are listed online, in proposals, or intake documents. Prices may change with 7 days’ notice.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified on your appointment or invoice. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms.

  1. Late Payments

Payments more than 3 days past due may incur late fees, and we may decline service until balances are cleared.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are granted only when required by law or as stated in individual service agreements at booking.

  1. Chargebacks

Clients must contact us directly to resolve disputes before filing chargebacks. Chargebacks may incur a 10% administrative surcharge and may result in service limitations or account suspension.

 


  1. Communication

Clients authorize Perfect Place PMU (Iridescent, LLC) to send communications as needed via email or SMS, depending on their consent status (see Section 3). We adhere to TCPA, CTIA, and carrier regulations in all messaging.


  1. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your personal and medical information. This remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your express consent.


  1. Intellectual Property

All PMU techniques, visual assets, produced content, and training materials are owned by Iridescent, LLC. By sharing your PMU results (photos, videos, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for marketing unless explicitly declined in writing.


  1. Loyalty & Rewards (“Glow & Earn”)

    1. Enrollment

By joining our loyalty program, you consent to receive notifications about your points, redemptions, and promotions via email or SMS.

  1. Expiration & Limits

Points expire after 24 months. One redemption per calendar month is permitted.

 

  1. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to void points or remove members for fraudulent behavior, including misuse of reviews, duplicate accounts, or manipulated bookings.


  1. Termination

    1. By Client

You may end services at any time. You remain responsible for any unpaid charges.

  1. By Us

We may terminate service or access immediately due to breach of terms, unpaid balances, or abuse of policies.

 


  1. Liability & Dispute Resolution

    1. Liability Limitations

Iridescent, LLC is not liable for indirect losses or complications unless directly caused by our gross negligence.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania state law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

 


 

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, form the entire agreement between you and Iridescent, LLC (d/b/a Perfect Place PMU). If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
